ENCAP Contacts & Management

ENCAP, an AFR/SD program, provides tools, resources, technical assistance and capacity building to USAID/Africa Missions and partners to strengthen environmental management and environmental compliance. The International Resources Group, Ltd. is the ENCAP prime contractor. The Cadmus Group, Inc. is the technical lead. AFR/SD, IRG and Cadmus are represented on the ENCAP core team. ENCAP is implemented under the EPIQ II Indefinite Quantity Contract mechanism.
