Incorporating Env Compliance Requirements into Procurement Instruments
The ADS requires that compliance requirements (esp. IEE/EA conditions) be integrated into procurement instruments. Effective “Environmental Compliance Language” also assures that the prerequisites for IEE/EA Implementation are put in place. (See session 13). A new environmental compliance language tool (boilerplate text & step-by-step guidance) is introduced.
